Delivery

We offer FREE local delivery on all orders over £30 for the following areas:

• Fife - All KY postcodes
• Falkirk - FK10
• Edinburgh - EH30
• Perth - Some of PH2 

We deliver on Tuesdays and Thursdays to all the above postcodes. We aim to get orders out on the soonest delivery day however if the order is places less than 24 hours before a delivery day it may roll over into the next.

We deliver twice weekly but for bulk orders or emergencies please get in contact on 07807 250517 and we will do our best to accommodate.

Returns

• The goods have been purchased less than 28 days ago
• The goods are unsoiled, undamaged, and unused
• The goods have not been personalised in any way
• The goods must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging

1) Telephone us on 07807 250517 so we can discuss your problem before taking action

2) After being told that it’s suitable to return your product, please re-package the goods, preferably in the original packing materials

3) Take goods to post office and obtain a receipt for the postage, and a certificate of postage. We recommend insuring the parcel against loss or damage

4) If you live close-by, please drop in and we will be happy to provide a refund or replacement if the above criteria of the goods has been met

In the very unlikely event that you feel the item you have purchased doesn’t meet a correct standard, and you are unhappy with the quality, please return the item for our inspection, following the procedure indicated above.
